IT Process Consultant – Warehouse Management (f/m/x)

Help shape the warehouse processes of a globally successful company – at the intersection of logistics and IT. In this key role, you will take responsibility for the further development of our global warehouse management processes: from analysis and specification through to implementation, testing, and rollout.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and optimization of existing warehouse management processes in close collaboration with IT, logistics, and other stakeholders
- Creation of functional and technical specifications for process changes and system adaptations (e.g. SAP WM, SAP EWM, SAP MM)
- Planning, execution, and documentation of functional and integration tests
- Participation in the implementation and rollout of standardized processes in international subsidiaries
- Conducting training sessions and providing 2nd-level support for process and system-related issues
- Active involvement in cross-functional projects and processing of change requests in process and system environments
Requirements:
- Completed education with a focus on business informatics, logistics, or process management
- Initial experience in process design, specification creation, and testing – ideally within an SAP environment
- Strong IT understanding and an affinity for system-supported business processes
- Analytical thinking, structured approach, and a strong sense for practical solutions
- Strong communication skills in both German and English and enthusiasm for international collaboration
- Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
